ACTIVITIES

Botany is a science that a priori seems complex and reserved for initiates. With 400 hand-picked samples and lots of passion, I make the biology of plants interesting and accessible to people of all ages.

During my interactive workshops that combine science, art and poetry, I invite you to discover the incredible diversity of plants, their surprising strategies of adaptation, defense, growth, and dissemination. All your senses are solicited: wood, bark, fruit and seeds are presented to be touched, caressed, observed with a magnifying glass, and sometimes even to be tasted.

I adapt each workshop according to the audience. For school children, discovery sessions last from 45 minutes to 1 hour 30 minutes, depending on the level. For the general public, presentations take place continuously throughout the duration of an event, and some enthusiasts stay 2 to 3 hours.

I’ve given workshops during various national events (environment days, tree days, science festivals, heritage day, garden meetings, plant festivals, etc.) as well as in many schools throughout France.
